A regular weekly treat that residents enjoy is a pretty manicure done by CNA Christie McMullan, at no extra charge.

Residents may participate in group activities, or enjoy quiet time in a cozy area.

Marcia Rhodes, Licensed Beautician, cuts, shampoos, styles and colors hair (also provides barber services for men) at NO extra charge for residents.

Our Social Director/Care Coordinator, Hazel Langston visits with residents regularly to see if things are going well, and to ask how we might improve our services. She is also the Activity Director and plans two activities a day.

Our licensed therapists help patients in our Skilled Care Unit and outpatients, regain their strength, and Daisy Gulley, Rehab CNA works regularly with residents to maintain their current level of functioning. Other therapists include Kelly Munn, Physical, Melissa Franklin, Occupational, and Eddie McGarr, Speech.

We have three full time RNs, two part time RNs, and 13 LPNs who provide skilled nursing services around the clock, along with TLC.

Certified Dietary Manager, Stacy Jester, sees that residents are served meals they like to eat. A special buffet dining room is available and several residents enjoy choosing their meal at this time.

Margie Johnson (standing) has been Administrator of Hillcrest 32 years and in Oct. '12 received Administrator of the Year Finalist Award from the Arkansas Health Care Foundation. Crystal Pickett is her assistant.

Transportation services (wheelchair accessible) to Dr. appointments within a 50-mile radius may be scheduled. CNA, Lois Fort has had this job for several years.

Nelwyn Almand has been Director of Nursing at Hillcrest for 20 years.

Our Activity Room has a large flat-screen TV and a piano for residents' enjoyment whenever they choose to come.
